Loewe believes in its employees. A high degree of motivation and qualification, not to mention a great deal of team spirit, are characteristic of our staff. In order to ensure that Loewe is best-equipped for increasing success, we are always looking for enthusiastic newcomers.
To ensure that nothing is left to chance, we founded the Loewe Academy in 2004. There, secondary school pupils and students performing at an above-average level create a network not only with Loewe, but also with each other. This allows them to gain an insight into the international company during their studies, as well as making valuable contacts. First experience of work through an internship is possible at any time, and dissertations on relevant topics are also supported.
In addition, the Loewe Academy hosts an exciting workshop for all members twice a year. There, company-relevant topics such as new products and projects or interesting activities are presented. Knowledge is exchanged and the members work together on interesting tasks.
